Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Most of the orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional 2-3 business days for Holiday seasons. All orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day, provided that the products are in stock. Tracking information will be provided via email. It is your responsibility to unload the product from freight shipments. Where available, we provide information about the necessary equipment to large shipments, which may include the need to use heavy equipment to unload products. Any charges incurred by you to unload product or due to delay in unloading the products will be your responsibility. We are pleased to currently offer free ground or freight shipping on orders over $1,000 shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Should you request a shipping method other than ground or freight shipping, additional costs may apply. If you are outside of the contiguous United States, including, but not limited to shipments to APO, FPO, and P.O. Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and to international addresses, please contact us for assistance on ordering. For orders outside the contiguous 48 states, shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of the order at the time of purchase.

Damages

Shipping damage may occur.  Please inspect all orders before signing off with the shipping company. Please refuse any orders that show obvious signs of damage upon delivery. If you need to return the order due to shipping damage that was not visible at the time of delivery, please call us immediately. We are not responsible for any damage that is reported more than 24 hours after receiving the product. Once the damage is reported provided that it is within 24 hours, we will contact the shipping carrier for inspection and provide you with further instructions. We will make every effort to resolve the damaged case as soon as possible.

ITEMS DAMAGED BY MISUSE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. 

30-Day Return Policy

Hisun LED strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Our products are of high quality, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.

All returns must be pre-approved by Hisun LED and accompanied by a copy of the RMA form which will be provided upon approval. All returns must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid by the customer. Hisun LED reserves the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on all returns including, but not limited to, unauthorized and/or unusual returns.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Order items including fixtures are not eligible for return.

ITEMS DAMAGED BY MISUSE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. 

Warranty

We provide 1-year (or 5-yr limited warranty on selected products ) limited warranty for our products unless categorized as Special Handling, Special Order, or Non-Stock. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty replacement(s). Please note a manufacturer's statement of Average Rated Life Hours does not imply a warranty. 

Refund

Refunds are typically processed within five to seven business days. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method according to U.S. law.

Special Order, Discontinued & Non-Stock Items

Special orders, discontinued, and non-stock items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return. Please contact us to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to assure that you are receiving the correct product for your application. Such purchases can incur substantial restocking fees from the vendor or factory.
